The Sintris dashboard: task status across every company, with open, complete, and overdue counts

Does your company have amnesia?

Most do. They just don't find out until the knowledge that mattered is already gone.

  • It's in someone's head.

Tacit knowledge — the how-we-actually-do-it that never gets written down — walks out the door the moment someone leaves. That's institutional knowledge loss, and nobody notices until it's too late.

  • It's scattered everywhere.

Inboxes, shared drives, spreadsheets, Slack threads. No single source of truth, and no way to know which version is current.

  • Your AI can't use any of it.

Even the best model is guessing when your data isn't AI-ready: clean, structured, dated, and tied to an owner.

This isn't a to-do list problem. It's a memory problem.

Every business is racing to restructure its website so AI can find and cite it — the industry calls this generative engine optimization. Almost none are doing the same thing to the knowledge inside the business. The missing piece has been called a company's "digital brain": its institutional memory, kept as a structured, current record of what happened, who owns it, and why, so AI can act with confidence instead of guessing. That's what Sintris builds automatically, as your team does its normal work.

"Agentic AI does not falter due to a lack of thinking capabilities. It struggles because it cannot 'know' in a manner that meets enterprise requirements... what enterprises genuinely require is a digital brain."
— Forbes, January 2026
No extra work. Just structure, automatically.

Every task you create builds your company's organizational memory for you.

  1. 1

    Create a task once.

It recurs automatically, forever, with an owner and due date already attached.

  2. 2

Attach documents to the work they support.

Files live with the task they belong to. Because that document becomes the task's source of truth, the AI can read it directly, not just search it.

  3. 3

    Every action is logged.

Comments, completions, and changes become a permanent decision log: a searchable history of who did what, when, and why.

  4. 4

    Ask, don't dig.

Your AI assistant answers questions directly from that record, with cited sources.

A smarter chatbot bolted onto messy files is still guessing.

A general-purpose AI assistant answers from whatever files it can find. Sintris answers from a dated, owned, cited record of the work.

Built for the work that can't afford to be forgotten.

  • Team & leadership visibility

Before: Status updates mean chasing people down and building a report by hand.

With Sintris: Ask a question, get a structured answer, instantly. Operational visibility without the status meeting.

  • Client & project handoffs

Before: Knowledge transfer means a new team member starts from zero, piecing together context from old emails.

With Sintris: The handover documentation already exists. Full task and decision history is there from day one, searchable, not guessed at.

  • Recurring deadlines that can't slip

Before: Filings, renewals, and reviews live in someone's calendar, inbox, or memory.

With Sintris: Every recurring task tracks itself, with history and documents attached. Deadline management that doesn't depend on one person remembering.

  • Portfolio oversight

Before: Tracking deliverables across a portfolio means a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, and status calls to fill in the gaps.

With Sintris: Portfolio company monitoring in one place. See task status, ownership, and history across every portfolio company, no chasing, no guessing.

  • Document-heavy analysis: contract review, lease abstraction, multi-step filings

Before: A lease review, a contract reconciliation, or a multi-step filing means hours of manual cross-referencing, or a specialist engagement for the whole read.

With Sintris: Attach the source document to the task, ask the question, and get a grounded answer in minutes that cites the document it came from. AI document analysis as a first pass, so the specialist's time goes to judgment, not reading.

Ask your business a question. Get a real answer.

This is what all that structure is for. Because every task, document, and decision is organized and dated, the Sintris AI assistant answers real questions about your business with a grounded, cited answer pulled straight from your own tasks, documents, and history. Every answer links to the record it came from, so there is nothing to hallucinate and nothing to take on faith. Retrieval is permission-aware: people only get answers from what they're allowed to see.

Grounded in your documents, not the open internet

Attach the real document. Get answers grounded in it, not guessed.

Every document you attach to a task stays scoped to that task and your account. It isn't shared across accounts, and it isn't used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Because the AI reads the actual document you gave it, it can take on work that used to mean a specialist reading line by line: cross-referencing a lease, reconciling a contract against a policy, walking through a multi-step filing. Every answer cites the document, task, or comment it came from, so you can open the source and check it.

Sintris grounds its answers in the documents you provide (it retrieves and reads the documents you attach, then answers from them: retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG) rather than guessing; review of source materials is still recommended for decisions with legal, financial, or regulatory consequences.

Built by a team that's lived this problem.

Sintris was built by former PwC assurance professionals and technology operators who spent their careers turning messy, people-dependent processes into systems. They saw the same thing everywhere: teams do the work, but the knowledge evaporates. So they built the tool they wished existed.

Questions people ask us

Updated September 2026

Sintris is an AI-ready knowledge base that builds itself from your company's recurring work and documents, and gives your team an AI assistant that answers real questions about it, with sources.

Both, in one place. You run tasks and projects in Sintris the way you would in any project management tool. As the work happens, Sintris captures it into a permanent, structured record of what happened, who owns it, and why. A wiki only holds what someone remembered to write down, and tribal knowledge rarely gets written down. Sintris builds the knowledge base from the work itself.

Nothing is lost. Every task, document, comment, and decision is tied to the company, not the person. Their work history, the handover documentation, and the tacit knowledge captured along the way stay searchable for whoever picks up the work.

Yes. The assistant reads and answers directly from your company's own tasks, documents, and history, and cites the source for every answer.

Answers come only from your company's own records, never the open internet. Every answer links to the task, document, or comment it was drawn from, so you can check it. If the answer isn't in your records, the assistant says so.

Yes. Role-based permissions control who can create, edit, review, and approve work. The AI assistant respects those permissions, so it only surfaces what each person is allowed to see.

Yes. Import your companies, projects, and tasks via CSV, or recreate your structure with reusable templates. Upload documents and they are indexed into your knowledge base automatically. We help during onboarding.

No. Your documents and records stay inside your account. Sintris does not train models on them, and the AI providers we use are bound by API terms that exclude training on customer data. See our privacy policy for the details. Read the privacy policy
