Sintris was founded by former PwC professionals who spent their careers turning messy, people-dependent processes into systems. We saw the same thing everywhere: teams do the work, but the knowledge evaporates. So we built Sintris to capture it — the tasks, projects, documents, and decisions — into a knowledge base that stays.

Brian Engelhardt
Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Balanced Solutions, Brian served as a Manager at PwC in the private company assurance group in Cleveland, Ohio and Washington Metro area. He served a variety of public and private clients, including those in the technology, service, and hospitality industries. Brian holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Mount Union.

Joe Shadle
Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Balanced Solutions, Joe served at PwC in the CORE and private company assurance group and worked within accounting departments at public and private companies in Cleveland, Ohio and the Los Angeles, California areas. He served a variety of public and private clients, including those in the technology, realty and aerospace industries. Joe holds a master's degree in accounting from Kent State University.
